Biography

I have always been into fitness, and have over a decade of experience as a Spinning and Boot Camp instructor. About 6 years ago, a friend told me about CrossFit, but I was already into my gym routine and was a bit intimidated by the notion of CrossFit. I regret not listening to her at the time. CrossFit has truly changed my life, and is completely different than the average group fitness class. I have always trained to strive to be better and stronger by pounding it out on the treadmill for hours and doing at-home workouts in my basement, but it is CrossFit that has gotten me into the best shape of my life and reshaped the way I think about and approach my fitness goals. It has also improved my mental fitness and the way I approach life outside the gym. I have ditched the at-home workouts. I have become more patient with myself (and others). I have overcome back issues and a shoulder injury. I have quit a 20 year smoking habit and improved my nutrition. I am more in tune with myself than I have ever been. I want to help provide this to others, which is my reason for becoming a coach. My goal is to help make others into their best selves and watch individuals grow and improve throughout their journey. Being a part of that process for others fuels be and brings me joy
